• Licensed by the appropriate authority to confer degrees or diplomas.
   

• You are purchasing for instructional or administrative use or academic research by the students and faculty within Customer's own business enterprise and not for remarketing purposes.
   

• Health care providers are not considered eligible institutions for the purpose of this Agreement.
   

• For purchases in the United States, Customer must be exempt for federal taxes under Section 501 (c ) (3) Of the Internal Revenue Code. Customer must provide a copy of its tax-exempt certificate to Agilent upon request.
