RS Electronics Wins Unisys Supplier Excellence Award

May 1, 2008 Livonia, MI - RS Electronics, a Michigan based wholesale distributor of electronic components, test and measurement equipment, and electrical products was has been awarded the Unisys Plymouth Payments Systems Supplier Excellence Award for the 5th year in a row.

The award was presented by Jim Whitling, Unisys Director of Procurement, to Mike Gjonaj, RS Electronics Michigan Region Sales Manager, at a ceremony that included Unisys representatives: Marti Throckmorton, Procurement Manager; Ron Tvaska, Supplier Quality Engineer; Linda Cronk, Commodity Manager; and Vimi Beyer, Commodity Manager. Also attending were Jerry Walter, RS Account Representative for Unisys, and Rick Press, RS Field Sales Representative for Unisys.
